We begin with an initial interview and an in-depth questionnaire to be able to best assess our clients' individual needs, desires and budget for each stage of their project.

The Initial Design

With the information gathered, we devise a conceptual design that encompasses the totality of their needs while using our creative expertise to push the envelope of their wildest vision—this level of artistry is our magnum opus.

THE PRESENTATION

We prepare a combination of visual displays, tangible samples, and renderings of the important spaces of the project to

bring life to our design and showcase the potential result of our proposed implementation. This stage of the process allows for revisions and edits prior to moving forward with project management and procurement.

Once our client approves the design, our expert project management team sources, prices, and selects each piece from our curated portfolio of vendors. They then create a final proposal of furnishings and finishes, which is presented to the client before the procurement process begins. From this stage forward, our first-class team monitors, meticulously inspects, and coordinates the storage of each piece leading up to installation day. Throughout this process, our client receives timely, ongoing communication, ensuring we are able to deliver a seamless, turnkey final product—the interior space of their dreams. In addition to interior design specifications, we realize the importance of standing alongside our clients throughout the process of building or renovating the home of their dreams. In this case, our client hires our team of accomplished experts to advise in the following ways:

We meet with the architect and/or builder and collect all information pertaining to the project.
We revise project plans to ensure they consider accurate space planning and desired furniture placement.
We select all the finishes necessary to create extraordinary spaces. Including exterior finishes as well as all interior finish selections of flooring, tile, lighting, plumbing, ironwork, hardware, and wall treatments.
We assist the builder in providing sources for specialty finishes and installations, as well as supervising the installation of said finishes.
We also have the capability to draw and render any special elevations needed to accommodate the chosen finishes.
Finally, once the project is built, if it is a spec home, we have the capability to fully stage a property with luxury furniture and artwork.
